Our Story

CareBridge Companionship LLC was founded on a simple but powerful belief: that the quality of care a person receives should not depend on whether they are inside a hospital or inside their own home.
Our founding team brings together healthcare IT expertise from across 25 United States and Canadian hospitals, military-grade operational leadership, behavioral analysis, and emergency medical care — a rare combination that sets CareBridge apart from every other home care agency in Georgia.
We built CareBridge because we have seen the gaps. We have watched hospital discharge coordinators send patients home without adequate support plans. We have seen families struggle to find caregivers who truly understand dementia, autism, or the complex emotional terrain of post-hospital recovery.
CareBridge is our answer. A private pay home care company built with clinical rigor, technological sophistication, and the kind of human warmth that no amount of infrastructure can replace.

Dr. Udeani brings clinical systems expertise, operational discipline, and a deep commitment to equitable care access to every aspect of CareBridge.
