By accessing or using the CareBridge Companionship LLC website at carebridgehcc.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our website or services.

Services Description

CareBridge Companionship LLC provides private pay home care services across 9 Georgia counties, including companion care, daily living assistance, post-hospital recovery support, dementia and memory care, respite care, and autism and special needs care.

Our website also provides access to the CareBridge Platform, including the PCA Training Academy, CareBridge Connect Network, Live Shift Board, and CareReach AI. These digital services are subject to separate subscription agreements where applicable.

Private Pay Only

CareBridge Companionship LLC is a private pay home care provider. We do not accept Medicare, Medicaid, or other government insurance programs. All services require private payment, long-term care insurance, or veteran benefit arrangements confirmed prior to service initiation.

No Medical Advice

The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice. CareBridge CareReach AI is a supplemental communication and lead generation tool and does not replace professional medical judgment, diagnosis, or treatment.

Referral Program

The CareBridge $500 Referral Program is subject to the following conditions: the referred client must sign a service agreement and complete 30 consecutive days of active care service. Referral awards are issued within 30 days of qualification. CareBridge reserves the right to modify or discontinue the referral program at any time.

Referral awards may be subject to applicable taxes. Referrers are responsible for reporting any taxable income in accordance with federal and state law.

Caregiver Applications

Submission of a caregiver application does not guarantee employment or placement. CareBridge reserves the right to accept or decline any application at its sole discretion. All applicants must pass background screening and the CareBridge knowledge assessment before placement consideration.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, design, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of CareBridge Companionship LLC or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written permission.

Limitation of Liability

CareBridge Companionship LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Forsyth County, Georgia.
