How quickly can care begin?
In most cases we can begin care within 48 to 72 hours of the initial consultation. For urgent post-hospital discharge situations, we make every effort to expedite placement.
Do you accept Medicare or Medicaid?
CareBridge is a private pay home care provider. We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid. We accept private payment, long-term care insurance, and veteran's benefits where applicable.
Can I request a specific caregiver?
Yes. We prioritize consistent caregiver assignment and work to maintain the same caregiver for your loved one as much as scheduling allows.
What happens if my caregiver calls out?
We maintain backup caregiver capacity specifically to protect against unexpected absence. Your care coordinator will notify you and arrange a qualified replacement as quickly as possible.
Are your caregivers background screened?
Every CareBridge caregiver undergoes a multi-step background check, completes our in-house knowledge assessment, and passes a skills orientation before entering any client home.
Do you offer care for children with autism?
Yes. Our autism and special needs care program serves children and adults with ASD, intellectual disabilities, and other developmental conditions. Our caregivers are trained in ABA-informed support principles.
